The Bayview Maker's Kitchen was created to provide a space for local food makers to produce and sell their unique products in the Bayview. The kitchen is available for rent seven days a week and features a rotating lineup of creative chefs and budding entrepreneurs.
The Bayview Maker's Kitchen was founded through a partnership between EDoT (Economic Development on Third), a 501(c)3 organization focused on intentional, equitable business development in the Bayview Hunters Point region of the city, and OEWD (the Office of Economic and Workforce Development), The Bayview Makers Kitchen is a low-barrier-to-entry, certified catering and food processing kitchen. Collaboration within the kitchen is what makes this initiative successful. Entrepreneurs can use the facility to innovate, define, build and market their products. We are committed to supporting and seeking opportunities for BIPOC, LGBTQ, and women-owned and led businesses within our community.
