Since our founding, as a 501(c)3, in 2016, EDoT, in partnership with the OEWD the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, has: 

  • Invested over $4,000,000 in Façade, Tenant Improvement and Beautification projects

  • Upgraded, repaired, and / or made ADA compliant 35+ Storefronts 

  • Facilitated the creation of 23 new businesses

    • Demographics of support:

      • 18 owned by self-identified members of the BIPOC community

      • 13 owned by self-identified women 

      • 4 owned by self-identified members of the LGBTQ community
